Application Method

1. Perform standard nail preparation (buff, cleanse, cuticle work)
2. Apply base gel and cure
3. Apply a thin layer of NT-97 Time To Party
4. Cure: LED – 30 seconds / UV – 60 seconds

6. Seal with top coat and cure
