Technology for applying mirror powder (rubbing):
Finish the nail with a base coat. Dry in a lamp.
Then apply color gel polish. Dry in UV lamp 2 minutes in LED lamp 30 seconds.
Cover with top. Dry.
Remove any remaining powder with a soft bristle brush and dry in a lamp for 30 seconds.
Apply a mirror gloss and rub in thoroughly.
Cover with top. Dry.
