Aluminum Butt Hinge, (generally known as a *5″ X 5″) with a removable 1/2″ Diameter Pin

Choose Weld-On or Bolt-on
Choose from:  no holes drilled for welding applications
OR with holes pre-drilled for bolt-on application

This heavy-duty trailer aluminum door hinge comes in 3 parts–2 sides and a galvanized steel 1/2″
diameter center pin (for strength) with a small hole drilled in the pin at the bottom for a 1″ steel cotter pin ( included). Mill finish aluminum.
You may purchase the hinge with no holes and there is a mark for where
 to drill the holes, or drill to match your own hole pattern.

We think these might be just the hinge to add a stud divider to the bottom of a basic horse trailer divider. (See photo.)

*When assembled with the pin in, each flat side measures 1 7/8″ W X 4 7/8″ T.
 The assembled finished size, with the pin inserted is actually 4 3/4″ wide X 4 7/8″ tall.
Total hinge weight – 1 1/8 lbs.
