These beautifully-made spring-loaded bolt latches feature a larger/wider base and can be used in many applications besides the livestock industry, including utility trailers, motorsports, enclosures & sheds. The L pin uses a strong compressed spring to keep the pin in the locked position. The base has 4 holes for fastening with screws or rivets & measures 3 1/4″ L X 2″ W. The working end of the L pin is 1 1/2″ long & 1/8″ when retracted. At rest, the handle of the L pin has a vinyl grip on it and extends 3″ from the base. Choose from aluminum or stainless steel base.
