This shiny PVC chrome trim is generally used for covering the flat seams on horse trailers.  It has two industrial-strength self-adhesive strips on the back (manufactured by 3M)  to insure a permanent installation. This product should last for years on your trailer. Can be installed over a flat seam. Great for trimming gravel guard, but won’t work with diamond-plate. Comes with instructions for application.

The end cap is not made specifically for our fancy plastic decorative chrome trim, but it IS sometimes used to finish the ends on the 1 1/4″ wide product. You might have to shave a little off the trim to fit it perfectly. I would coat the end cap with a clear seal or paint it with shiny chrome/ silver paint because it is shiny now, but will anodize & get dull looking otherwise.There is no other way to finish the end of the decorative chrome trim, except to just make a straight cut & seal with clear caulk.
