Whisk yourself away to the south of France with this luxurious blend of fleur de sel, rich tomato and earthy peppers. This coppery salt adds an umami-rich, salty-kissed finish to everything from crispy fries to salade niçoise.

Why is Fleur de Sel so special? Fleur de sel is lovingly hand-harvested by  gathering the top layer of delicate crystals that form as seawater evaporates. This labor-intensive process along with the rarity of ideal weather conditions  contributes to limited production, making it one of the most expensive salts in the world.

Ingredients: Fleur de Sel, Spices*, Tomato*, Garlic*, Onion*, Chili (*organic) – 60g
